Insun Chang first trained as a dietitian and professional chef in Korea, before expanding her training and industry experience here in Australia.
Her passion for the taste, health benefits and history of kimchi will take enrich your understanding of this versatile and nutrition dense dish.
In this workshop, you will learn how to make kimchi from scratch and participate in a tasting of various recipes that champion different stages of its fermentation.
