Join us in the peaceful surrounds of ECOSS for a shared tea ceremony, a simple yet profound practice of slowing down and coming into relationship with ourselves, each other and the living world.
Through the ritual of preparing and drinking tea together, we create a space to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with what is often overlooked beneath the noise and busyness.
Tea has a unique way of bringing us back to ourselves. In the quiet moments between cups, there is an opportunity to listen more deeply, cultivate awareness and experience the richness of simply being here.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you come seeking stillness, community, clarity, or curiosity, you are warmly welcome.
Facilitated by Michael, whose work is devoted to creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, others and the natural world through presence, authenticity and meaningful conversation.
Sessions run for 1.5hrs (1hr tea ceremony and up to 30min post tea sharing)
