Medicine Dance was born from lockdown and started outside on the land for people to come together to move and process whatever was stuck in the mind, body and spirit.
An altar is created each month to ground and honour the 7 sacred directions.
Now on the Fourth Saturday of the month in The Coop at Yarra Valley ECOSS, the music is chosen to take you on a journey into exploring your inner realms and move your body to explore and experience a deeper connection with yourself.
Your Healing Journey is from 7pm – 8.30pm; the investment in your wellbeing, $20 at the door.
