will present a perfectly new and totally decadent taste experience at the ECOSS Market on Friday, May 19 (3.30 – 6pm)
Using full cream milk from the biodynamic Little Yarra Dairy and a traditional Argentinian recipe, Carla creates her ‘Dulce de Leche” (a delightful caramel sauce).
Peter, (with a little help from Mrs Google) has fashioned this into a delicious, self-indulgent creamy liqueur.
BUT WE NEED A NAME!
Join us on Friday, May 19 and have a taste, then vote for a name.
So far, we have the following potential names:
i• ECOSS L
• Yarra Valley Cream
and
• Dulce de Leche Liqueur (that’s probably been used back in Argentina)
