One might think that ECOSS slows down over the school holidays- but this appears not to be true! This last week has seen more renovations on the Cottage- which will be a lovely new space to share soon enough.  When the storm damage is remediated the boardroom will be available again to hire.  The kitchen renovation is coming along nicely and we will soon have a wonderful Community Kitchen in which to preserve our goods for sale and donation.

Thanks to our wonderful volunteers for all their work on this.

The Community Compost build is almost complete, it’s located at the rear of the Community Garden, and will soon be available for all to use.

BioChar will be available for purchase soon, and there’s a growing abundance of plants available in the Native Nursery- come and get them or make a large order for next year now.

We have been applying for many grants to keep delivering multicultural and sustainability events to the community- we will keep you posted on what’s coming up.

Tomorrow morning at 10am (Sat 15th July) will be the Hackett Tree Tour, led by Peter and Janet.  Come along and car pool or drive along the educational forest tour including 7 acre rock.

Also at UpCycles tomorrow is a big discount Bike Sale, come along between 11-3pm and snap up an UpCycled bike- Matt will assist you to get the best fit for you or your kids.
