DESCRIPTION:The Rover Project\n\nDates: Fri 2 October\, 3:30pm-5:30pm (Development 1)\, and\nSat 24 October\, 10:00am-12:00pm (Development 2) \nVenue: Yarra Valley ECOSS\n117 Old Warburton Road\, Wesburn \nJoin Trash Puppets for a special two-part workshop series where children will build their own trash puppet dog and contribute ideas towards a larger\, professional roving dog puppet set to appear at the Ecotopia Festival in March 2027. \nThe two-session workshop structure allows the children to experience the creation of a professional puppet from idea to actualisation\, working with professional artists whose core mission is to encourage\, empower\, respect and genuinely listen to their ideas\, and incorporate them into a professional puppet design. \nThe children will also learn about puppetry\, including how to animate and operate their own dog puppet\, and will take home the knowledge of how to make more puppets from their trash at home. \nTrash Puppets popular puppet making workshops empower children to get creative using clean\, recycled\, and reused materials – No glue or paint required! \nFREE EVENT – Bookings Essential!
