DESCRIPTION:The ECOSS Valley Market is situated at Yarra Valley ECOSS\, a beautiful permaculture designed Community Environment Hub set on 17 acres in Wesburn in the Upper Yarra Valley. every Friday 3.30-6pm.  \nCome and relax around the fire with a mulled wine with Broken Back Wines\, enjoy a hot chocolate and Mexican taco at Tonantzin Chocolate\, whilst purchasing freshly baked bread from Leavenly Bodies Bakery\,  Fresh Produce grown on-site from Silvertine farm and buy your fresh and dry goods from our organic store. \nThe market is designed to support local producers\, and bring the community and visiting tourists together\,  showcasing the best the Valley has to offer on a weekly basis! \nFREE family fun with Kids activities on the 3rd Friday of the Month. DESCRIPTION:The original custodians of the Yarra Valley\, the Wurundjeri people\, didn’t write. Their wisdom travelled through time in songs\, stories and dance.  We acknowledge this land’s indigenous ancestors and elders\, oral historians of the dream-time. This poetry gathering sits on the shoulders of countless generations of wisdom keepers and spoken-word story tellers. \nWelcome to our Yarra Valley Spoken Word Community. \nWe meet at The Dreaming Space Academy at Yarra Valley ECOSS\, Wesburn on the second Friday of the month and welcome you to join us and share your musings. \nOurs is a space to share the power of the spoken word\, be inspired by our community of artists and learn to write and share life’s depths through this life changing art form. \nFamilies are welcome until after supper\, we have a feature artist each month and then Open Mic. \n\nSpoken Word is an inclusive project.\nEntry and Supper is now by donation\, we never turn people away!\nSuggested Donation:\n$15 Full / $10 Concession\n$5 Supper\, $5 Chai \nProgram\n6pm – Doors open/Music\n6.30 – Poetry workshop & open mic\n7.00 – Dinner\n7.30 – Feature poet (12yrs+)\n8.00 – Open mic\nCall Andy: 0415 734 744 or Chris: 0414 306 772\nor search Yarra Valley Spoken Word on Facebook or Yarra Valley ECOSS website. \n\nWe are very excited to welcome back an old friend this month to Yarra Valley Spoken Word.\nMurray Goodchild has been a teller of stories for all of his adult life. Through song and poetry\, his words seek to express the pathway to redemption drawing upon personal experiences and learnings.\nHis background as a therapist and interest in Anthroposophy have taken him on an exploration of the way that stories can speak to our biology at the deepest level.
