Amazing News! ECOSS is now hosting a Monthly Dance in the Coop!
Medicine Dance Community was born from lockdown and started outside on the land for people to come together to move and process whatever was stuck in the mind, body and spirit.
Now on the Fourth Saturday of the month at ECOSS in the Coop, The music is chosen to take you on a journey into exploring your inner realms and move your body to explore and experience a deeper connection with your self.
An altar is created each month to ground and honour the 7 scared directions.
Your Healing Journey is from 7pm – 8.30pm; the investment in your wellbeing, $20 at the door.
